Microsoft Support 0860 22 5567 <- when are they open?

I bought a Microsoft Wireless Desktop 3050 kit (Keyboard and Mouse) in March 2017 for my dad.
The letters are wearing off, and he is not a frequent user. I need this replaced. Here is the issue:
Microsoft's advertised Support telno 0860 22 5567 is a fancy IVR system. But ultimately the message (for Option 1 is: "our offices are currently closed, please call us in office hours".

I called 2018/02/19 @ 0845, 1148 and 2018/02/20 @ 2045 (thinking that maybe it goes through to a US based call centre). No luck! You'd think that Microsoft would have a 24/7 number to ensure customer satisfaction.

Actual message: "our offices are currently closed, please call us during normal opening hours"

Any other channels?

AFAIK Monday this week was a public holiday in the USA, and Microsoft might observe that, so that would account for yesterday. I needed info in January this year and got through fine in our SA normal office hours.
