Microsoft Surface 2 tablet unveiled

So my Surface 2 Pro 256GB with Type Cover and Docking Station arrived this week.

Haven't had much chance to set up, fiddle and play yet. Hopefully this weekend.

First impressions:

- Beautifully made. Exceptional build quality.

- Wow, this thing boots fast! From cold start to lock screen in under 5 seconds.

- Docking Station is marvellously nifty. Place in situ and snap the sliding sides into the left and right ports.

- The Type Cover keyboard is eminently usable. However, the touch pad buttons take some getting used to.

Will set up with O365 Enterprise and various apps this weekend.

Later I need to work out how this machine will drive my 5 displays, or at least four of them. DP can do three, but might have to use USB3 to drive the 4th display.
