Yes, this all would make an excellent study and one which I would love to read and better understand.

It really just boggles the mind to think about, we as humans are all so very different and yet we see similar behavioral traits manifesting in what seems to be certain segments of individuals.

I really do wonder what makes a person lean one way as opposed to the other, I mean these are obvious circumstances which drive some people into situations like this but for others it seems to be so much more complex.

That's the thing that really annoys me about people not paying attention. Whenever these scams collapse, you hardly ever see the shills losing everything, their house, their marriages, etc. No, they just move on and promote the next scam...always landing on their feet afterwards (unless the law actually does what it's suppose to do and put them behind bars).
