Recently I was made aware of the mo’Nice promotion which provides great deals when dialing *123# however the options are bit confusing: (see attachment)

I proceeded to choose option 3 thinking it will be normal telkom mobile data and not all network data. After the purchase I saw on my telkom app that it is wifi data which I don’t use.

I tried calling Telkom mobile support but they informed me, no refund can be given and I have to use the data which I incorrectly bought. I tried to explain that the description does not describe the product that I received but still they could not do anything for me.
So my question is, am I the only one that thinks this isn’t acceptable?
