Download Linux iso flavour of choice.. use something like Rufus to make bootable USB drive for installation.. boot from usb and install..

I can't tell if or how this atrocity supports booting from usb, so that's a mystery for you to solve.. typically pressing the f12(assuming this thing has one) key as soon as you power it on would present a boot menu on most other laptops..
