Mobile Connect Usage not displaying

I have Vodafone Mobile Connect build 9.4.3.15494 running on Vista (ick!). There is no Settings/Usage menu item (which there should be according to the help) and there is a link on the LHS to connect to Vodacom4me so I can check balances. However, every time I start the software and log on I get a dialog telling me my volume limit (512Mb apparently) has been exceeded. This is the stuff I used to be able to set in the usage dialog on the previous version on xp, but it is now no longer there, and the dialog is very irritating. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Rather check your usage on Vodacom4me, that usage is dodgy.

I don't mind checking my usage on Vodacom4me, I just want to get rid of the dialog which tells me that I've exceeded my usage limit. There's nowhere to set the usage in the software - always used to be.

Hi Caro

If you click on view usage at the bottom there is a option for set limit

Thanks for the reply. That's where it used to be on build 9.2.1.6545 which I had on XP. I got a new laptop pre-installed with Vista and installed build 9.4.3.15494. If I click on View Usage in the LH menu I get instructions on how to get my balance via SMS or vodacom4me, which is fine, but no Set limit option. There is also no Usage option in the Settings menu. None of this is a problem - I just want to get rid of the default limit which keeps popping up in a dialog. Is this in an .ini file somewhere by any chance?

Removed software and reinstalled and the option for set limit is there.

I did exactly the same with no change - still can't set the limit and it's still popping up the dialog. Did a custom install and installed everything except reporting (which shouldn't affect it). Are you sure you're looking at the same version? I've got all sorts of service info on the LH menu that wasn't there in the previous version.

I've found Usage in the menus (under View, not Settings), but it just displays the same info as clicking the LH menu does, with no set limit option.
