I'm looking for a way of monitoring my web usage; basically, I want to see where my bandwidth is going during the day, listed by site and protocol. Any suggestions? Preferably a free app, to run on Windows.

You can try netlimiter, i dont think it can monitor exact websites, but it will give u an indication of wat internet explorer is using... and any other program using b/w

Netlimiter manages/monitors individual programs, so it will only tell u what Explorer/Opera etc. is doing, not the individual sites
