Q: What time of day am I most likely to have a heart attack?
A: The most dangerous times for heart attack and for all kinds of cardiovascular emergency — including sudden cardiac death, rupture or aneurysm of the aorta, pulmonary embolism and stroke — are the morning and during the last phase of sleep. A group from Harvard estimated this risk and evaluated that on average, the extra risk of having a myocardial infarction, or heart attack, between 6 a.m. and noon is about 40%. But if you calculate only the first three hours after waking, this relative risk is threefold
I can't hack it in the evening.
I only exercise at night, usually really late, say between 10.30 and 11.00. I then shower and go to bed. I'm too much of a zombie to do anything other than getting ready for work and leaving in the mornings.
If you want good results then forget gym, forget anything but cardio - I am talking out of experience here. Cycling and running is your best bet and they are lots of fun.
Yea...no.
What are the pros and cons of exercising in the morning vs exercising in the evening,in terms of practicality and effectiveness?
If you go to bed earlier you'll more be able to work out in the mornings.
Cycling is apparently better.I don't know, but I strongly advise against jogging in peak traffic. Those fumes can't be healthy.
It doesn't appear that exercise necessarily increases the risk much, if at all.Just something I heard once, but a quick Google seems to kind of confirm it.

I've heard that hypothesis before. I found it didn't work that way.If you go to bed earlier you'll more be able to work out in the mornings.
...making 100 excuses as to why I cant gym...
