Motherboard / Memory Question

Hi guys,

I wanna buy the GA-P35-DS3L gigabyte motherboard, but it comes with 4x DDR2-1066 (dual) memory slots.

I currently have 4x DDR2-800 memory chips.
Will those work in the new motherboard (even if the motherboard clocks down)

I can't afford to buy 1066 memory yet, so I wanna use those chips, is it possible?

Yup. it sure will... when they say DDR2-1066 they mean ALL DDR2 rams from the lowest up to 1066 mhz

I wish my motherboard supported DDR2-1066 (not that I would've been able to afford it)
