Motherboard ports stop working on boot!

Hi guys,
for the last 3 days.. every time I re/boot my PC, half the USB ports stop working and my Ethernet port.... so every time I have to go into device management and disable then enable them all. Plus my keyboard always stops working so I gotta use the on screeen keyboard to sign in. What could be causing such a thing? Thanks

couple of things to check,
something plugged into the pc that it's not enjoying,
PSU
southbridge is going on the mobo.

Nothing different plugged in since before the probs!

PSU simplest check voltages in the bios or use CPUID or swap out with a new one.

southbridge - difficult one without using a diagnostics card.

I dont see anywhere in CPU-Z to check PSU voltages:erm::confused:
