That's odd. Mine came preinstalled with it.
It had an update about a month before I got my ota update. Apparently that update is necessary to get your ota

It is under the installed list, but can't be updated due to the incompatible message.

My OS is Lollipop 5.0.2 , update version 4.0
But my firmware is Asiaretail not GB . That could be I got the update
Looks like it, hopefully mine gets released soon. Anyone else have the same version on their phone?

My bad - checked again - it is in the all list not the installed list.
1st gen 4g 21.11.56 gb version.

So Asia has received updates but GB version has not. Did you guys get the device from Orange store? I got mine from JadoPado

Just a heads up. WiFi issues on lollipop. Am unable to connect to channel 12 AP's . Sucks as we have moved into office with shared infrastructure...so cannot change ap channel
