Superb ride from Binder (and all in the top 5 for that matter!). Was great to see the backslaps and high fives from all the riders after the race. Despite the hard and uncompromising racing, it was all clean and fair. Massive championship setback for Navarro. Had done so well to get up the grid. Not sure why he started so far down but it was a great recovery ride until he binned it.

Surely Binder's title to lose now.

So pissed! First Ducati victory since Stoner at Phillip Island 2010 and we don't get to see it. Still, great race from Team Desmosedici. As a long suffering Ducati fan, I could hardly watch with about 5 laps to go and Iannone all over Dovi. I really thought he was going to pull some half baked attempt at an overtake and wipe them both out but he rode a wonderful race. The projected tyre drop off of his soft front never materialised and in the end it was an excellent win!
