Brad had a rollercoaster. Was second at the start of the session behind Jack. Then crashed in turn 1. Legged it back to the pits, jumped on the spare bike. Went out, promptly crashed in turn 2. Managed to get the bike back to the pits. Mechanics must've worked their magic as he went out and stuck it in P2.
 
Brad is one of only two riders (Diggia is the other) to finish every feature race. If he could just stay on the damn bike on a Saturday and start getting some Sprint results.
 
Marc dismisses Pramac as an option for 2025…. Wonder if other manufacturers are in the window, Aprillia / KTM?

I'd think (or hope) Aprilia. A KTM factory ride for Marc would likely mean a demotion for Brad because the golden boy is almost guaranteed a factory ride next year. And imo, a demotion for Brad to the GASGAS team would be a metaphorical slap in the face. He has practically carried KTM single handedly over the last few years, constantly being the KTM thorn in the Ducati side. And to drop him now (or next year) would be doing him a disservice.
 
So Pramac has now confirmed they will be running 2025 spec Ducatis next year, closing the door on Yamaha's advances to incorporate them as a satellite team.
 
Brad has to go through Q1 again. He was momentarily in second, but had the lap cancelled due to track limits. Strong showing from Yamaha too! Rins way up there and Quartararo on the fringes of the top 10. Positive signs for them.

Their supposed Achilles heel, top speed, was not on show. Apparently one of the riders clocked 361 km/h. Not far off Espargaro's best of 366 km/h. Would be good to see them competing again. Honda, on the other hand...
