"Four people contemplating suicide meet on New Year's Eve and form a surrogate family to help one another weather the difficulties of their lives." British movie; despite the serious theme it's a average comedy.



Search Party (2014) 8/10

This one is unexpectedly super good; a comedy of great proportions; one of the best I've seen all year. Pity it's so low key & barely known.Fantastic laugh. Kudos to the two Silicon Valley guys (Erlich & Richard) who play the lead roles.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. - 8/10.

Great fun. Oozes style and has a wonderfully charismatic flow to it. Guy Ritchie doesn't generally disappoint, to be fair.

Cavill and Hammer fit their roles like a glove and have a great Cold War chemistry between them. Was also stunned to find out Elizabeth Debicki, who makes a stunning villainess, is only 25!

Romantic comedy set in Hawaii; rather bland even with a strong cast. Hard to picture Rachel McAdams in her girly girl role vs her hard ass role in S2 of True Detective.

WTF did I watch?! Crazy movie. Hated the ex-cop, the over acting was ridiculous on a Leon Schuster level. The best part of the movie was the various versions of Tusk by Fleetwood Mac. 5/10

Well acted by Brad Pitt. A war story that just didn't have enough meat for me. 7/10
