Re watched both Forgetting Sarah Marshall - 8.5/10 and The Sunset Limited - 7/10.

Yoh, quite a high score for FSM. I also liked it quite a bit, though.

I didn't enjoy it as much the first time. Now I think I appreciated it more. Not too much cliche, plenty of laughs, characters which aren't one-dimensional, lots of heart. I never used to think that much of Segel despite liking him in a lot of stuff, but clearly he's quite talented. Can't wait to see The End of the Tour, heard he was fantastic in that.

I still want to read The Sunset Limited. Bought it immediately after watching the HBO movie. So good.

Opposite experience of FSM for me, I enjoyed it a lot more the first time. I still like it, but I don't think it's as nuanced as it could have been, and Jackson does tend to go overboard which contrasts so much with the subtle performance from Jones.

Boulevard (2014) 6/10

"A devoted husband in a marriage of convenience is forced to confront his secret life." Can I spoil if for all & the secret is his gay tendencies...anyway should been a better role for the late Robin Williams; his final on-screen role.

Ditto. Tough topic and character, so will tell us a lot about his abilities. I enjoyed the director's previous film, The Spectacular Now.

I've only seen it once, but that sounds about right. I want to see how the text comes across. I like McCarthy's writing style.

A Most Wanted Man (2014) - 6/10

I was going to score it higher, but then the end happened. Stupid.

Tusk (2014) 5/10

Kevin James...what the absolute ****?! What was that film about?! Jeepers...it's certainly worth a watch to you intrigued & for the 1st half the movie it's actually interesting & then it just nose dives in WTF-territory...

Don't you mean Kevin Smith?

Ftfy. He's doing a trilogy of this rubbish. You don't want to know what the next ones about. This guy has lost it.

Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) - 5/10

I felt the movie was too long, and in certain parts the CGI looked cheap. South Africans always look stupid in these movies, and the plot was too complicated for me to follow. I don't read comics, so I don't know the Avengers.
