Definitely a watch and this movie could have received a solid 9 if it was not for the tank scene and the same "bad guy" finding them over and over again

Psycho chick and her dad kidnap and torture a dude that turned her down as a prom date. Better than most.
 
No Escape (2015) 6/10

Did you guys really think they weren't going to get out? Annoying kid, token exposition in the middle, one dimensional bad guys...meh.

On the plus side, Lake Bell still has a banging body.

For me it was touch & go wither they would get out..it was just nonstop suspense from beginning to end...that's the key reason I loved it so much.

Wrt to Lake Bell. She plays an "upstanding" Mum here & you still see thru that & comment on the banging body...Lolz
 
Interstellar (2014) 7.5/10

Yes I'm late to the party; had this for a while but for me my 2h30min + movies I tend to see where I can fit them in...lol

Anyway I watched it last night & had a few hrs to sit on my opinion on this one. It's properly beautifully shot; great score; fresh story. Lots of depth. Cons are it's too long; I believe it can have been trimmed without much changing; overtly complex in some parts & the last 45mins just feels like it was rushed. Great job from Matthew as well. Not so great from Anne.

I know it's not a direct comparison but seeing how I watched Cloud Atlas (2012) for the 1st time just a few months back I'll compare the two. The similarities are the depth & of course running time & for I still take Cloud Atlas...that is the film with the most depth I've ever watched.

Still if anyone has still not seen Interstellar make sure to watch Chris Nolan in top form with Interstellar...I just dunno if it's *that* good as its IMDB 8.7 suggests.

The 5th movie in the National Lampoon franchise. Has some funny moments & witty dialogue.Props to the small role by Darryl from TWD; he hardly does movies. Chevy Chase is an old ballie now.

They did not show Christina Applegates boobies though ( oops now that I remember Google shows that she had a double mastectomy)... although Beverly D' Angelo should have kept her run going.

She does look lekker still though. Many years after her Married with Children role as the ditzy young blonde daughter...

Black Mass (2015) - 8/10

Bad ass mafia flick, similar to Gangster Squad. Depp is hardly recognizable he is so disguised, plays a great role though. Excellent movie imo, very entertaining.
