Elysium - 5/10

And that's generous. I honestly expected more and was a little disappointed. Good for a once off watch of mindless entertainment, I guess.

I'd score it somewhat better, somewhere between 6 - 6.5, i really enjoyed the action and the Saffricans were excellent.

You should add 2 more points because of Sofia Vergara and Scarlet Johansson.

Not even for those reasons, it was much better than a 5. I enjoyed it. It was a bit of a shambles as a movie, but the amiability of the cast and the incredible food photography were worth watching.

:p

It really wasn't a great movie if I'm honest. At times it felt like a Twitter commercial. The plot was all over the place and had no dramatic tension at all. Plus we're really meant to believe that fat slob fired chef could pull Scarlett Johansson and Sofie Vergara? But it was so friendly and watchable I just couldn't hold any of it against it.

A Million Ways to Die in the West - 6.5/10

Funny movie. "Take your hat off boy! That's a dollar bill!" :D

Old Boy
7/10
Something totally different.
Kept me watching till the end despite some over the top violence and silly 1970's style fight scenes.
