Moving ISPs with the lowest possible extra costs

Lately on Afrihost I have been experiencing a lot of increased latency and it is not the area I am in. My friend next door is on Axxess and he does not have any latency problems like I do.

so what I'm wanting to do is move from Afrihost to Axxess which includes the adsl line and the data. I have paid for this months data and line rental on afrihost and I would like to change to Axxess' data and line without having any extra costs.. how do I move to Axxess without having any additional costs and when do I do it?

You can do it now, cancel data with AH, will cancel at the end of the month, keep line with them, start data with Axxess, they do prorata so if you sign now, you only pay for remainder of month, then next month ask Axxess to move line, then bundle.
