MT Rebooting & Not Connecting

I desperately need help with a MT Hotspot installation.

Scenario:
40 Clients connecting to 16 AP’s which connect over copper to a 433AH for web authentication and access. But the 433AH(Server) reboots randomly and take up to 40min to reconnect to DSL ISP.

Have you perhaps experienced the same problem or can you suggest where I can start searching?
I reinstall the router once a month which seems to help for a week, but soon it disconnects from the DSL up to 10x per day. It started happening bout 3 months ago.

PPP Profile Set to: No Compression; Encryption and TCP MSS active
Available Memory: 106Mb, Available HDD Space: 26Mb, No Web proxy, MT Ver 3.15

Im going nuts cause it just bombs out with no warning & reflects poorly on the company.

Replace it ? Replace power supply ?

Also if you're using Bridging anywhere on a 433, it will cause major issues.

Maybee try System>watchdog...You might have an IP address there that is unreachable at times which is causing your RB to reboot? just an idea
