MTN Billing Query

Can anyone confirm if the inclusive airtime on the AnyTime 350 package applies to data as well (I do not subscribe to a seperate bundle)? From what I can see, I am being charged for data usage over and above the monthly subscription fee, while I have not used up the inclusive air time value.

As far as I know, you are "allowed" to use 20% of the included rand value for data, after that you are charged for it. Search a few recent threads, you'll find more people complained about that.

I submitted this to the ASA, while MTN offered to refund me they did not state that this was a rule or not (apparently they don't know).
