Looking at the MTN black Friday deals fills me with relief :) I knew 100+100 for R469 was a fantastic deal but still felt trepidation about signing up before black friday. Phew

Got an emailed response from that Joshua's email posted earlier. He responded that's it's only available for sme and corporate accounts

What is currently the best data deal with Mtn for someone who is not a previous BF sim holder and who cannot get one of these business deals ?

Light at the end of the tunnel, got my copy of the contract, forwarded that to support now to do a follow on tomorrow, hopefully I should have my assigned night express data.

Phoned to find out when I could cancel the BF sim, got offered the R469.00 deal asked family member if they were willing to cover the costs as I am still moving over to wisp, they said yes.So not my problem any more.

I'm in the same boat. They asked for a copy of my contract and I just emailed them back that I haven't got it, that I signed up over the phone. How did you get a copy?

Well you need to 135 phone contract support give them the escalation referencenumber (if you don't you need to create one and explain exactly what data is missing is it the promo night express that is missing or recurring monthly don't get the two confused, as they closed 3 escalations because I didn't report the correct missing data, so check on mycontract) explain that you need to provide the contract for eppix support, for proof of promo so you need to find out who the sales person was who helped you.You then need the email address of the person who is assisting you.

After which you phone 0831233667 option 2 (new contracts and upgrades) and ask to either speak to the consultant who assisted you or whether the person you are speaking to now can assist, tell the person you need a copy of the contract to forward to support or else eppix support won't allocate the correct data as they need proof of promo.

They will then email the contract to you after which you can forward it to the person who is assisting at support, with the reference as the subject line, phone 135 again and see if you can speak to the support that sent you the email.
If not just leave it at that, and simply follow up later via email that documents were received.

Quite the mission, but if you start it of right you should get sorted much quicker, then I did. I did learn a lesson, now, if you do an application over the phone ask for the copy of the contract to be sent to your email address that way if and when shyte hits the fan you ready to fire back and get shyte sorted without having to phone 10 different people.

Thanks @wizardofid did what you said and got my contract and have now emailed it. Now I wait.

Your welcome. I never let sleeping dogs lie, if there is an issue, I need to have to sorted ASAP, plus I make a pest of my self, basically I end up as the sucker who figures out every thing to make it easier for other people :D
