Just got told this from a MTN Regional Manager :

As a MTN business rule. Voice bundles are not allowed to be loaded onto data contracts.

They are working on removing the add voice bundle option from the system.

Best option if you want minutes is to go for the Made for me L package which comes with 50GB, 300mins @ R549.

This is specifically designed for the 2016 BF clients.

What is the equivalent for the 60+60 for R299?

If you had a 2016 BF sim then those deals are really competitive however for new customers or those that don't have a 2016 BF sim then the Mega data deals aren't competitive at all

I think the bolt on minutes come in 50, 100, 200 etc and yes they will allow!

They also allowed data share of the non promo 30GB

Data contracts have a voice rate of R1.20 per min

Phoned two different mtn direct customer service reps both of them said no data share on these contracts.

Anyone of you who've already upgraded can you share to other numbers?

I have the same problem on 1 of my sims - upgraded on the 12th of November.

I am waiting for the store consultant to come back to me with feedback

Upgraded two hours ago to the R299 deal and they confirmed that the minutes will only show as of the 12th Desember, basically I am still paying for the 50 gig 10k deal in Nov, took 10 min beats going to the mall and standing in a Q tomorrow
