reading through the thread - it seems like no other operator gave a deal that came close to the mtn upgrades for 2016-bf contracts?

Finally got through. System is down, no package offered. Been given a reference number and told I will be called on Tuesday. Problem is, the normal deals aren't available after Monday, so If this retention deal is bad, I'll end up with nothing.

Total chaos I tell you.
They released approximately 17 more deals for BF 2016 sims this morning to the retail stores. Yes I have the leaked mail.
How is the public supposed to know what they can choose when walking into the store. The consultants were only mailed this morning.
2 of my BF 2016 sims upgraded 2 days ago. 2 more failed today via call centre because system couldn't pick up my numbers and the 299 deal is pending.
And MTN showed total disregard to new contracts for BF 2018.

My BB please get to the bottom of this mayhem.
