They bombard you with phone calls and SMSs months before it expires. Did you not get any of those? Regardless, I think you have lost the opportunity to get a good deal. Confusing. I was verbally given the 199 deal for 50gb, basically what I had. Package is called 'made for business data L - 20gb' and expiry is 2 years... will see what happens on the debit order. 50gb was allocated, and a bunch of promo dataReport back with the deals retentions has to offer

I've been trying to sort my contract upgrade that was done on Dec 1st for the last 3 weeks+ and after many many hours on the phone and emails and Twitter and and and.. all I have to show is a big fat ZERO.
No one replies to emails, no one returns calls, the supervisors in charge are always busy and wonn't take your calls. Absolutely zero accountability, it seems it's a complete free for all so their call centre staff don't give a single fk because no one is looking over their shoulder.
