MTN on Twitter are flippen useless. Your last line confirms it. I don't waste my time with their SM team anymore.

I’ve had decent help from them, at least they are responsive unlike emails that just disappear into the ether.
It probably also depends on who helps you because there are different agents.
 
is this a new upgrade that you have done recently ?

cos i have the same deal and want to renew it as well

im currently paying around R120 though but its due for upgrade
done yesterday - although it seems they may be custom making one offer per client
