One step further. Mine is rica barred as well. He couldn't see the error on his side so he's suspending sim and trying again. Let's see by end of today if it works. But alas progress.
Other consultant in the same store says they not allowed to do dual call for this package. I just ignored her and dealt with the next guy.

I have another sim that's not on contract that I tried it with. It's not working on that. Only working on sims with a contract. So not sure if that's just a coincidence or what.
 
The only issue is that where I stay, the LTE coverage is not so great. :( 3G does work well though but LTE is much faster. Hope to see an improvement.
 
Guys please help,i have been trying to activate dual call on my cyber Monday contract and the guy at mtn call centre says it's not allowed and then proceeded to read out the terms to me which state "data share is not allowed on the FREE cyber Monday promotional data value". This was emailed to me as well,is this correct?

Go to the store and get them to log it on the system that there's an issue

Dual call and data share are not the same thing. I finally got mine sorted out. Only a store can help out.

Theres two types of mtn stores.
1 the mtn owned store
2 the franchise store.

Apparently mtn owned stores have different software

Yes it's true MTN owned stores are the way to go others are franchises and useless in case of anything important
