Yes, data share works but only on the standard contract data - the 50GB is excluded.

Thanks... I understand the allocation it comes from...But how to get it working? I've added the data share service on my online profile... Called 808... They say it looks good..But... When going online with linked number...It uses that numbers airtime...Or can't log on to net if nothing loaded on that number...

Perhaps reset the router to default, that's what I did and right after that I plugged a phone into tel slot 1 and was good to go, not sure if you can receive calls but I could definitely make calls using the sim.

Maybe read up or ask on the B593 thread.

I had to change a setting on my router. IIRC it had to do with deactivating VOIP.

I changed the connection mode from 4G to auto and it works but the router connects to internet at 3G.
I'll try default settings to see if I can get 4G and voice calling

You have to put it on auto because it can only dial on 3g, 4g doesn't have voice capabilities apparently, it'll drop the connection to 3g everytime you make a call but should move back to 4g if it's available.

Anyone knows if it is possible to have both Dual call and Data share?

I had activated date share and it was working fine then applied for dual call, they deactivated date share.

Not the greatest phone but still a solid deal, think it was Telkom I saw advertising a contract and the 50gb deal was R999/pm, don't think it even came with a free device or might have just been a Huawei router.

Will sell the phone and keep the sim.

Still a great deal. Its on the mychoice + 100 min 100 sms 2gb data plus 10k mtn to mtn and 50gb

I got the 50 gig special on the cyber Monday and ask for a dual call sim two weeks ago and they told me they are not allowing it on any of the deals, anybody know if this is correct? Or should I try another store

It should be correct so no more dual call or even the promo is finished. I also thought it would be the last of the lot as they might have reached the figure they wanted.

That's bs, a lot of people have been told that but black Friday and cyber monday 50gb deals can get it, not contracts subsequent. You have to force them to try and then wait it out.

Just keep in mind some calling plans might actually exclude the dual call facility irrespective of the subsequent restrictions post cyber Monday.
Would have to check the small print on the mychoice ,mychoice+ packages and the cheaper deals that were done without the included 2gb bundles.
