How it came up, I was busy getting a couple of dual sims activated. A lady comes in and wants to add 10gb of data to 2 of her contracts. Why you may ask? Her last bill was 30k!! R650 for 10gb of data a month x 2. Told her to wait for the 50gb promo and asked the shop assistant when they were going to repeat the deal. She suggested something might happen over Valentines...

I bought the deal for R 275.00 a month (if I remember right). Got a Huawei P8 Lite with the deal. Sold the P8 Lite locally for R 2500.00 and I am enjoying my 50 GB per month

They managed to make my main sim the secondary sim and the secondary sim the main one lol
If I dial *141# it shows me 0 minutes or data, but when I check detailed balance it shows the 50gb. This is on main sim I had from november, will check other sim at home.
I lost track of departments lol . I think I ended up in Contract department. I phoned at least 10 times today, keep on being transferred and cut off etc.Please tell me which contact center you dealt with. One of the agents logged a sim swop instead of a dual call activation. So frustrating.
