That's shaping. You can try using a diff APN. Check the forum, think this issue was brought up before.

I have not experienced throttling or shaping thus far with mine.

I get to max 1000kbs but speed tests show it coypd go upto 2000kbs

I think it works like that ya, at 00:00:01s 14th ur new bundle will be loaded.

It always been like that your contract bundles are loaded first after midnight say around 2 am followed by promo bundles so give it till 9.30am it will be loaded as well

It loads when you pay them,like mine supposed to be in the 11th but they give it to you in stages

Not true it depends on billing cycle but for most of cyber Monday deals it's from 14th. I just checked my balance now everything including promo mins and data came through
