I don't know if any has thought about the black friday deal this way, usually when your contract is about 2 years and you don't call, or walk in to cancel your contract than it just keep going on (i don't know if this have been sad in this forum before).

If you have the contract for 260 or something like that and just using it to have data and not your active call phone than you could have , an awesome deal for very very long time and cheap data and free minutes.

Just a thought.

The terms of the deal was "free 50gb data every month for 24 months". I highly doubt you'll get the sms in the 25th month that says your free 50GB has been loaded.

Don't get me wrong, having this carry on indefinitely would be amazeballs - for the 3GB I was getting from Afrihost, I now get 50GB for the same money, including 200 free minutes and the sms's which come in handy for work marketing.

Hi All

I took the BF deal last year - I got number A.

I tried the dual call (to use the 50GB data) method. It took a number of weeks and visits, but finally I received a working sim. I would have expected the same number (number A), but it is a different number, number B.

When I use MTN mobile app to view consumption, it automatically logs me in via number B, although number A is actually in the phone. It also mentions that number A is linked to number B.

Does this sound right? (data does work on both sims and come off 50GB total)

cheers for help!

If number B is in Router n phone is connected to Router via Wifi it will pick up number B, if you switch off Wifi on Phone the App should pick up number A

I see LTE ADSL replacement deals from Afrihost etc sell 50gb for R500+, these deals were insanely good.
