The provisional acceptance is that your credit rating passed. If you have submitted docs then phone and make sure they have been received, if I hadn't phoned I wouldn't have known I had to submit documents, lady didn't say I need to, some people don't have to. I could have missed the boat, 3 days with no docs received and they cancel the application.

I also struggle to get through. Two days ago they phoned and they said it is with the deliver company but nothing yet, not even a call. Do anyone know what the delivery companies name is?I'm stuck with a consultant who doesn't get back to me to finish my application. Sim 2 : 350MB only with no promotion.
