With a 12x 500mb sim free as well. Bought one last week for our beach house in the Transkei where this 50GB MTN is going to come in very handy this xmas
 
Got a conditionally approved SMS today, should I just walk into the store or wait for them to call me.

Don't think we are on the same page here. On the R149pm sim only package I am on, the 500mb bundle can be Datashare'ed. The 50GB cannot. On my handset which has the MTN sim in, the 50GB gets eaten first, so the 500mb would be available to be shared to another MTN number

The 500MB is used last. The promotional 50GB is used first.

Unless you turn the promo data off? I'm hesitant to try that though.

hahaha, I looked at that toggle as well and was worried that turning it back on would involve having to deal with a human being!

I guess I should learn to read. Promo bundle being used first is definitely a big win!

With free data or some bundle?

Edit, see it includes 500mb/pm for 12months, you can but the router outright on bidorbuy for around R1400 incl shipping , but then no free data and if you need to access the warranty that's much easier with Telkom, Telkom will probably also give 2yr warranty with the device?

Those that have received their sims did the couriers deliver on the day they said that they would, was arranged to deliver today but courier never arrived.

Mine they did, although it was late in the day. Around 3.
 
After phoning yesterday to active it and waiting 24 hours, my sim is working and this is what the mtn.co.za myprofile tells me

13.33/50GB*30days=9.2 days. Today is the 6th so that would make sense of data resets on the 15th.

Much more than R149.
However at the top it does say Discounts have not been applied, so I will have to wait for the first bill
