Even if it is you that the courier is supposed to deal with knowing couriers as long as whoever receives the sim has all the necessary docs and info they really don't care. Or just try schedule the delivery for when you are back, they make some people wait weeks when they screw things up, just do it the opposite direction this time.

Unbilled balance is also wrong on my side. They are charging R249 for the contract instead of R149.
I know someone mentioned that they are aware of it and fixing it. But for peace of mind I just popped them a friendly mail anyway to check into it and confirm that it is indeed going to be fixed.

Got my SIM today, called the number for activations and told them I want to port my prepaid number to the new contract. 30 minutes later I received an SMS saying that I've been provisioned for the Talk+S package. Still have my prepaid airtime too
