Yeah. Somebody in the know can create a sticky. Then just bolt on the codes as they become available
 
To those who upgraded from BF2018 what did MTN consultant say about the incorrect billing for November?
Will it be rectified?

This is what I'm looking to do. Nothing remotely yet with enough data and minutes combined.
 
Just processed mine.
R199 - 51gb anytime data, 50 minutes, 50 smses
Consultant confirmed. These are retentions only.
He also refused to give me the deal code. Said they are not allowed to.

From the app I was offered 400mins + 40.5gb + 0 sms + 20gb once off data (I think) @R399 24months but when I called retentions they said its 36 months so I'm not sure however not your cup of tea?
MTN should really employ somebody and just make them post on this thread...

Seems like they caught up but don't see the need for secrecy..

It seems the data deals have gotten better since 2018 but the data/min combos im not so sure. Some of us had 650min and 40gb (all shareable) +50gb after hours at R269.
 
Got through to retentions by holding the line for 30mins, a guy by the name of lebo answered, as I was confirming my cell number, the call cut....

Tried to apply for the R299 option, was told it's for 36 months, not 24.

Was offered an upgrade to 146.48gb via the app, but the link goes nowhere with no info on the plan.

I have the original BF deal from 2016 and was upgraded to 60+60 for R299 in 2018.
 
Cheapest router i see on TA is around R700 and is network locked.

Any idea if theres anything cheaper incase i do happen to snatch a data deal.

I never got the code on my primary sim, but I checked my router actually had them. Only found it after the upgrade was complete though
The way they carried on about the deal code it was like I robbed their vault.

A portion of the 500gb is shareable. Currently 25gb the 735GB I have is shareable. Will know come the 12th what it actually is.
