Who here on the 150GB R299 package knows whether the base plan is 50+100 or 75+75? My datashare allowance seems buggered and shows nearly 200GB...
MTN Twitter support said the full allocation is shared, which I know is not the case
END OF JAN. They better be prepared to then give us some sort of recompense for an essentially partially working product. The technicians are currently working on a solution however the fix will only happen at the end of Jan.

"I apologise for your frustration. Kindly be advised that there are some packages that cannot data share at this stage. The technicians are working on a fix and confirmed that this will only be fixed and corrected at the end of January 2021.I am however going to get the customer care management specialists on this, to provide direct feedback to you.
Once again, humble apologies for the inconvenience and we will endeavour to resolve the matter in due course."
Surely this can't be allowed, wait 3 months into a contract to recieve a service.

Sooo I took the plunge and bought call of duty cold War..
Now I did the download last night.. It didn't finish.. Maybe around 50gigs.. On ps4
This morning I notice my speeds are really really bad.. Almost like I've hit a cap or something.. But I'm on 500 gig package..
Any ideas???
Wholly agree, apart from a few small hiccups and inconveniences like the billing and now data share, for the price. You get a hell of a lot.
