Yea.. I don't know hay.. Been constantly over 50 download and over 30upload since I started..
I really don't have a clue.. Hoping it sorts itself out.. I need to fiinish the download and still play online
 
Has anyone managed to sort out their billing issues ? My current statement is sitting at R1400 instead of the R499 I took out.

Change payment plan to EFT. Phone MTN ask them to correct your bill, or explain the higher charge.
Tell them you want to pay them, but they need to, by law send you the correct amount invoice.

For the second month in a row my bills incorrect.. Now sitting at R1300 something.. Last month R3318.. the speeds are just so much better than anything else.. Bu Tim starting to think if all this bull crap is worth it or not..
Even now something is wrong as I csnt even get onto Facebook.. Really with they had a rep on here too..
 
How does the data share consumption work?
All my data share data is being used up currently, yet my night data stull has 400GB left and my anytime has 586GB left, but I did stuff over the night and it used all my data share data.

the promo share is considered "promo" and not part of main deal so datashare is first consumed by your non-promo data, no?

I dunno, you think data share would be only used by the other sim when it is data sharing. And the data would be subtracted from the 586GB or 400GB depending on time, but now its a whole seperate bundle

its probably their way from preventing one person from buying a cheap BF 400GB bundle and selling slots to his buddies for profit :p

Data share only uses the data share pool. Night data is only used by the main sim.

Only a dual call sim can use the night surfer data. Also, you cant use data share and a dual call sim at the same time
