I think it is supposed to be this one
R199 x 36 months 57Gb 75mins

Because it was also R199 and 36 months

But then again it differs from the values shared. Because 75min for me is just not enough bu with the extra 25 min I can make it work
I've in the past took out a 50mins offering and added another 50min recurring voice buncle.

Just called the sales department and the lady offered me 60gb day + 60gb night on a new 12 month contract for R169pm

The call got cut and now the other call centre agents don't know what I'm talking about...
Literally no other call centre agent knows about this. Anyone else tried for new contracts?

I was told that 17 GB / 525 minutes for R179 is no longer available.

It's now 15 GB / 500 minutes for R149, and it's a 36 month contract. Which suits me fine...

I got the 17GB / 525 for R149 this morning, on a 36 month contract with this code 2022106 CT 00005 RT

Weird.

Are these for new contracts? If so, how does one apply?
Upgrade only.

Easiest way to do this is to port your number, take out the cheapest sim-only contract. Then contact retentions and ask them for an early upgrade.

Since you have a SIM-only contract, your cancellation fee will only be one month's subscription...

I think it's a case of YMMV depending on who you get through to. It was close enough to what I wanted so I didn't complain...

Is this really possible? I wanted to take out the cheapest deal which was the R49 for R65 airtime a month. The agent from retentions told me I would only be eligible after 3 months.

Not sure about the waiting period. But it would have been a good idea to get the port done a few months before BF. Maybe keep it mind for next year...

So I signed up with the R150 a month, they have now sent through a debicheck mandate for R20 000 in monthly installments with a max of R20 000 too, has anyone else had this?

Took an early upgrade from the R149 (now R158) for 15GB and 500 minutes deal to the 20GB + 20GB for R99 deal. Early upgrade fee was R151. Earlier in the thread someone mentioned the deal was 28GB, so I'm curious to see if it is indeed 8GB (original package) plus 20GB bonus, or 20GB total. Either way, it's a win as I share the data among 3 sim-cards.

Consultant did warn me to expect this.

Got this too. The lady claims it was since it could be a variable amount this is the max they can debit.

Sound dodgy thought. I accepted it (possibly stupidly).
