I thought they did, but can't find a trace. Including for my own contract . I would not have deleted it.Didn't they email you a copy of the contract renewal document?
It's actually crazy how MTN call centre claims it was never renewed and yet if they would bother to look at history on the account they would see the extra minutes etc being added. In fact just writing this has given me an idea. They Normally send an SMS saying extra minutes are loaded .hopefully my wife has an SMS still on her phone.
