I am trying to establish my data balance on the iphone 4 package with 150MB of data.
No data information on MTN Active website.
I tried the *162*____ and only get a Rand balance and sms balance - no data balance.
I phoned 808 and was automatically put through from one option to another for 10-15 minutes without being able to speak to a person.
I tried the 173 number and no one is answering and was put through from option to option forever!
I tried to email the person at the MTN shop where I bought my iphone but he is ignoring me.
I logged an online query 5 days ago but no-one has answered.
MTN customer service to me a new subscriber is sofar just shocking. I really miss Virgin Mobile's 123 sort me out number.
Where can I find out if my data bundle was loaded and what my balance is?
Any help will be appreciated.
