Yeah, but maybe you can use their data ?

This could be useful enough that I'm now interested in the fine print.
If I'm on a prepaid phone sharing data from a contract phone and the data runs out, does it:
* Use the OOB data from the contact?
* Use the OOB data from the prepaid phone?
* Block data access entirely?
Are the rules different if a prepaid phone is sharing with a contract?
If you already have a small bundle on the contract as part of a package and you share from someone elses data, will it use their data before using your own bundle? (i.e. could you do an OOB protection thing for a group of people on small data packages)
Is there any way to see how much data each SIM card has used? I can understand maybe if it doesn't exist for sharing prepaid data but would it be included somehow in the itemized bill of a contract?
For once, an offering from MTN where you don't have to study the fine print.
But does it deduct data from the account holder?
