I have a pay as I go sim card 078512**** and it seems basic data provision is not setup on that number/sim because no matter what I do or what settings I try I cannot connect to the internet.
I have tried on my D900i with gprs/wap and also on my USB E220 Huwaei data modem. It gets to authentication and then says connection failed. My other pay as I go sim card works just fine. 078315****
I purchased a 500MB data bundle on the 9th of February 2009 and have not been able to use it. And time is running out to use it
The call center 173 option 5 claim it is a network issue yet my other MTN Pay as I go works fine.
They have also informed me they cannot refund me the cost either and yet tell me at the same time I cannot use it
