MTN grows broadband capacity

The make enough of a profit on "broadband", so its expected.

just so hope that they take full advantage and be the first to provide us with LTE & WiMax2 as well, so need the latancy. Amen

Not much use if they are going to continue charging R2/mb

Who says this is "broadband"? ASA ruled that Vodacom's service can't be called broadband, and i am pretty sure MTN's isn't "broadband" either. Seems RPM doesn't read his own articles ... :erm:

Now if they could just "water" it enough so the growth could be faster towards cheaper and affordable "Not allowed to be called" broadband.

Until this R2/MB bulls**t ends, who cares. If we use less than 300MB or so a month then we shouldn't need a bundle.

just get us decent uncapped (at least a smoothly streaming youtube video), this is the sweet spot. softcap should at least be above 1 mbps
