Contract prices for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus on MTN have been announced.

Not big on the iPhone line up just assumed that there was a 32gb model.

64gb is the minimum to consider. 16gb is just not worth it. I had a 16gb iPhone 6 and it became quickly unusable.

The My MTNChoice 100 package usually includes 100 AnyTime minutes, 200 SMS and 500MB data per month.

Don't really expect any changes to this for the 6S.

iPhone 6s Plus 16GB on My MTNChoice 100: R559 per month

That's not too bad at all IMO...quite reasonable.

Only issue is limiting 16gb; I know I will struggle & start swearing in the 1st week. #FirstWorldProblems

Surely I am correct in assuming their will be a price drop of the 6 & 6 Plus seeing as the 6s 16gb starts at R489pm vs R469pm for 6 16gb.

There is a noticeable upgrade with the S-range.

True, but have always wondered about the portability factor.

The iPhone 6 barely fits into a pocket as it is.

MTN called me today regarding the iPhone 6S, but the lady on the other side was adamant that my contract isn't ending now, it's only ending in March 2016. A quick look online confirms that I signed the contract in Nov 2013 and am now due for an upgrade, but the lady wasn't having it i was forced to end the conversation because she was quite stubborn

Just dial 808 then 2......the nice lady will tell you a story about your upgrade eligibility.

Decent pricing actually. My contract is due for upgrade in December. So when I get back in March 2016 I'll just do an upgrade then.
