MTN launches 1MB auto-renewing data bundle

MTN has launched an auto-renewing data bundle similar to Vodacom’s Data Refill service.

The mobile network operator has sent a message to subscribers to inform them that they will be automatically subscribed to the service next month.

I've never been so happy with my mobile ISP as I have been with Telkom. Didn't think I'd ever say that.

Spot on. I've been with Telkom for over 2 years running now and honestly, I can overlook some of the coverage gaps when I remember the behaviour of both MTN and Vodacom when it comes to their customers. They're disgusting.

You need to opt out? Very easy to make opt out the default if somebody else pays for it. Actually negative option marketing.
