MTN now doesn't allow you to rollover data

Did anyone get an SMS from MTN saying that data and SMS's will not carry over the next month from 28 December for Business contracts? It has legislated that data has to rollover for minimum 2 months AFAIK.

They must have found a loophole in the ICASA legislation.
