3G/HSDPA early morning e.g. 2 AM i get 1.8 Mbps but in the day the speeds stay at 0.04 - 0.30 Mbps

i have a Celltower on top of my office but i rarely get past 400kbps even when i go on top of the building and standing next to the tower, maybe its because Vodacom and CellC also share the same tower

Your mobile station (cellphone or modem ) must be 3.6 capable and BTS (Tower) must be 3.6 or 7.2 or 14.4 Mbps. Then it depends on the amount of users at time of accessing the network. that 3.6 will be divided by the users.
