Exceptionally bad speeds at Century City, the Estuaries of late. It only is getting worse too =( MTN! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

Hi, I have been having the absolute worst speeds in Silverton, Pretoria over the past week and half/2 weeks.

I moved from Vodacom to MTN because coverage and speeds where better, and lately my Cellphone's GPRS connection is faster than MTN's 3G. Please advise.

Yeah guy, I was being facetious. Although the connection is very intermittent during the day, it's got decent speeds at some points. The biggest issue is after 6pm when it halts to crawling speeds, I can't even load a website.

This is what I have been getting for the past 2 weeks!!! And MTN is not interested in fixing the connection. What a waste of money...

I would really love to cancel my contract!! I used to get like 7.2MB Download and 2.01MB upload with 63ms ping, now this crap!!!

PS. I am posting this of that crap connection, so please do not ask me to include the image in here as I am unable to open PhotoBucket.

You don't need Photobucket - just use IMG image tags for the speedtest link ;).
 
Probably irrelevant, but I'm paying R950 a year for this (and it's uncapped): :)

 
mtn sucks.speeds are capped now.time to look elsewhere for broadband data.took me 55 minutes for a 30 mb file.previous it was 5 minutes.they not worth our money anymore.get used to crap speeds from mtn , unlimited data option speeds capped.time to jump ship.websites wont even load.took me half hour just to load the page here.mtn gone crap.
