Something I would I would never see -23.35Mb/s down on an iPad 3 (didn't think the 3 could do speeds that high)... Tried it three times with different servers and got 23.01, 22,81 and the 23.35 in the link above.
Just did an international test (Dubai - iPad speedtest client does not let me select London or NY) - 24.09 down and 4.94 up.
