Speedtest reckons my connection is slower than 99% of RSA :P

Me wants it also. Is it a University Student special ?

Not really a special. Any student at NWU Potch can get it, as long as you have wifi access to the campus network or a network point in your room.

Something I would I would never see -23.35Mb/s down on an iPad 3 (didn't think the 3 could do speeds that high)... Tried it three times with different servers and got 23.01, 22,81 and the 23.35 in the link above.

Just did an international test (Dubai - iPad speedtest client does not let me select London or NY) - 24.09 down and 4.94 up.

Speedtest doesn't go more than 1Mbps!

Hahaha!. Unfortunately not where i stay - was at a carwash place on Rivonia/Oxford Road (the one next to the old Cell C office building in Sandhurst). I was sitting outside looking at the cell receiver thingy bolted to the building and iirc Cell C and MTN have a roaming thing going? So even though on MTN I suspect being 30m away from a Cell C "base station" with direct line of sight did help.
