Tbh I sometimes think someone at Checkers steals snacks as well. So many times I order snacks for lunch but then those are the only items missing from the bag

It is still happening. My wife ordered something for a her friend on her friend's birthday a couple of weeks back. It was recorded on security cameras. The guy placed the order on the floor, took a photo (as proof of delivery). Picked it up and left. She tried to report it but it seems impossible to talk with a real person at Uber eats, you just get AI when you try to contact them.

same thing happened to me...they dont care...just bounce you around on that chatbot...money gone...

4 damn cancellations for pickup, over 2 hours to get the items I ordered, thank you Uber Eats never again.
