Uber Eats tells drivers to throw food away

South Africans have been up in arms about Uber Eats delivery drivers "stealing" their meals following a recent X/Twitter post that went viral.

However, Uber's official delivery protocol suggests it adopts a "you snooze, you lose" policy and instructs users to discard the order if the customer is unresponsive in certain cases.
